We work hard to keep our quality of service high, and our prices fair. As a part of that mission, we offer several convenient ways to pay for your pet’s care. Payment is always due at the time services are rendered, and estimates are provided for all surgeries and hospitalization prior to treatment. We accept cash, debit cards, as well as Mastercard, Visa and American Express credit cards. We do not accept checks.
In order for us to be able to accommodate as many patients as possible, please remember that we charge an office visit fee of $35 per pet for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance.
Financing Options
In the unfortunate event that your pet experiences a medical emergency, or requires more advanced care, we have arranged for third-party financing options which allow you to pay for your pet’s care over time. ScratchPay and CareCredit are available at our beaches and westside locations, however they are not available on our mobile clinic.
